November 8, 2025 Reviewer: LR Phelps from Ozark, AL United States   Love my Sinus Plumber Headache spray! I have to have it on hand and keep one in my car, too. Never know when one of my crazy migraines are gonna hit, or the meds won't work. The ONLY product that works April 3, 2025 Reviewer: Ralph Staiano from Brooksville, FL United States   Having had cluster migraines for decades, Sinus Plumber eases the pain to a tolerable level. Relief April 3, 2025 Reviewer: Sunny from Bismarck, ND United States   Got this at the perfect time. I’d had the worst sinus headaches and pressure all week with only oregano steam helping then this came and it only took 3 pumps each side and it worked.  Now when I feel a headache coming on, I use this and I’m headache free.  Love this stuff and highly recommend it.
