Soothing January 12, 2022 Reviewer: Riv City from Cleves, OH United States   I always have 1 or 2 Greensations sinus items around. I spray it and then blow my nose to keep the passage open. If I do feel some kind of congestion or sneezing - I use immed. - but normally I don't have sinus issue thankfully. Was this review helpful to you?
