Some folks might like feeling the burn and hot sensation of this product. I don't like that feeling, however. I gave it to my brother who likes that sensation and says it cancels out the pain for him.

Sprayed on lower back & neck. I have sensitive skin on my neck from radiation treatments 5.5 years ago & it burned all night long while I was sleeping. Had to get up & wash it off in shower.

I have chronic pain in my left knee from an old injury. After surgery, my knee was never quite right and I work construction so I have to use my legs all day long. I have tried everything out there and have also been on pain meds for years. I have also used pepper pain creams and they worked well, but nothing ever worked like the pain bullet. You definitely have to wash your hands after using, but once you put this stuff on any area of pain, it warms and reduces pain for more than a full day. I used it before I went to bed for the first time and in the morning it still felt warm and then after I took a shower - it became warmer yet. I had no pain for more than 24 hours after using pain bullet.
